Dubai International Airport is the nearest airport, and guests can reach the hotel from there by car. Mall of the Emirates subway station takes a longer walk, and Dubai city centre is around half an hour away by car without traffic. Rooms with two single beds are available, and every room has a desk.

Overall it was very good and house keeping staff are immediately responding. Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable enough Disliked: 1. One of the room ceiling lights not working 2. Carpet has become too old and smells if ac is turned off 3. AC controls does not maintain 23deg centigrade 4. There was no small hand towel at wash basin

Disastrous Room Service Liked: Room is spacious. Location is convenient. Disliked: Understaffed. Room had a dirty smell and hotel was fully booked. Instead of fixing the bad smell cause, they sprayed some nice scent to try to hide it. It disappeared for few hours but then came back. Room service was a disaster. I stayed 6 nights out of which 5 had missing towels (they would take towels but not replace them) and even when I call room service or report at reception, they say they would but forget to bring. Same with coffee Same with water. Same with shampoo and shower gel. Food is very poor and expensive. Rooms require a full renovation. Electric plugs have issues. The AC starts but never stops even when set in auto mode. On the other hand, reception staff were very friendly and rhe front office manager, Rania, was extremely friendly and offered an upgrade to a suite to help. But room service was catastrophic and beyond her control. It was very disappointing to see such a friendly front team being served with a disastrous back office room service team. Whoever is managing room service and food should be held accountable or fired.
It’s budget friendly Liked: Silent Disliked: No shuttle service as per mentioned on the card, the guy assigned on the Restaurant is not consistent in entertaining clients (E.g. live cooking of egg, meal coupons), upon entering the room no towels available need to request & even if the room is non smoking, it’s still smell cigarettes when entering.
